1. Data you give us
The request form records your name, phone number, the ZIP code of the property, the roofing problem you select and any text you add. A phone call records the number you call from and the details you give our call assistant. Calls may be recorded so addresses and numbers are captured accurately; the recording notice plays at the start of the call.
2. The chat window
The chat on this site is run for us by an outside software provider. Anything you type there, including a name or phone number, is sent to us so we can follow up. Your browser keeps your recent chats for up to 30 days so a conversation can continue if you return.
3. Data we collect automatically
Page visits are counted with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not set cookies or build a profile of you. We do not run Google Analytics, advertising pixels or tracking scripts.
4. Purposes
Your details are used to call you back, schedule the inspection, prepare the estimate, file the building permit with the Pikes Peak Regional Building Department, send documentation you ask for to your insurance carrier, and keep a job record.
5. Recipients
The independent roofing contractor assigned to your property, the permit office, your homeowners association if an approval is needed, and your insurer when you ask us to share photos. Nobody else. We do not sell or rent personal information.
6. Retention and your requests
Job records are kept as long as warranty, permit and tax obligations require. You may ask to see, correct or delete what we hold by emailing hello@coloradospringsroofco.com; deletion requests are completed once any open job is closed. This site is meant for adults arranging roofing work and does not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
