Where we work around Colorado Springs

All of Colorado Springs, the El Paso County towns around it, and Woodland Park in Teller County.

Rows of shingle rooftops across a Colorado Springs neighborhood with the Front Range foothills and Pikes Peak behind

Colorado Springs is the county seat of El Paso County and the second-largest city in Colorado, with roughly half a million people in the city and close to 778,000 across the metro area. It has grown quickly over the last decade, so the housing stock runs from Old Colorado City cottages and 1970s split-levels to subdivisions finished in the past few years. We cover all of it.

Inside the city that means every part of town: the north end around Briargate and the Air Force Academy, the west side under the foothills, the older neighborhoods downtown and the fast-growing east side out toward Banning Lewis Ranch. Outside the city, the towns below have their own pages. Peyton and Calhan farther east are covered as well; call to confirm a specific address.

Permits for Colorado Springs, Fountain, Manitou Springs, Woodland Park and unincorporated El Paso County go through the Pikes Peak Regional Building Department at 2880 International Circle. We pull them for you.
